The first Vanpire Weekend

Shortly before I was felled by an unknown barfy illness on Friday night, we purchased our van for our roadtrip.

There she is. What a green beauty. (?)

She's a gigantic 1998 Chevy Express 1500, 4.3L V6, auto tranny (hehehe), Gladiator conversion van with 122K miles. And she is going to take us across the country and back.

...

But not before Tim rips up everything from the inside and customizes her.

Her name is Vanpira. Maybe. That's a working title only.

Post Script: I don't think we like Vampire Weekend that much.. it was just the first van related pun name we liked. This was the first and last time we will mention the band. Unless we get some frosty horchatas on our trip.
